Service Description We accept most major Health insurance policies for physiotherapy services. However, kindly make sure you speak to your provider before booking an appointment, as policies do differ from person to person. In some cases, you may need to get a referral from your GP before treatment as well. Please refer to our insurance codes listed below. Kindly mention the appropriate code when contacting your respective insurance company: • BUPA: 80014555 • AVIVA: 600180419 • AXA Health: KO00813 You are responsible for managing your insurance coverage. If your provider doesn't cover our services, you will need to pay us directly and seek reimbursement from your insurer.
Cancellation Policy Bookings, Cancellations, and Late Notice Policy Bookings can be made or rescheduled online or via mobile. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in fee charges. Bookings are on a first-come, first served basis, and a waiting list is available. Appointment time includes consultation, changing, treatment, and payment.
